• Manage day-to-day site operations for high-end custom home builds, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain seamless project execution.

• Enforce safety regulations and site protocols to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.

• Collaborate closely with owners, architects, and designers to bring custom visions to life.

• Oversee inspections, quality control, and punch lists to ensure flawless project delivery.

Profile

• 10+ years of superintendent experience, with a proven track record in luxury custom home construction.

• Expertise in managing ground-up homes in the $10M+ range.

• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, bespoke design details, and top-tier construction methods.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
