The client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support multiple C-Suite individuals by managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills, with responsibilities including scheduling, meeting preparation, correspondence drafting, and deadline tracking.

Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing departmental events and projects.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication across teams and departments.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks to support the team's goals.

Profile

  • A strong background in administrative support, ideally within the Business Services industry with a minimum of 3 years experience supporting C-Suite individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems effectively.

Job Offer
