The Project Manager will oversee and manage luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards.
• Review contracts, manage procurement processes, and ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
