Description

• Prepare detailed mechanical estimates for large projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and system designs
• Participate in design‑assist and value engineering efforts
• Collaborate with project teams during handover
• Support pricing strategy and risk assessment
• Contribute to early‑stage project planning

Profile

• Estimating experience with a mechanical or MEP contractor
• Strong understanding of complex building systems
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, design‑heavy environment
• Experience with large project pursuits preferred
• General Contractor estimators will not be considered
