Environmental Engineer - Adhesives Manufacturing - Wilmington

- Support environmental permitting and compliance activities across air, water, waste, and chemical programs
- Maintain compliance systems, documentation, and regulatory reports
- Conduct monitoring, inspections, and data analysis to ensure ongoing compliance
- Provide technical environmental support to manufacturing and operations teams
- Assist with regulatory interpretation, agency interactions, and permit strategy
- Contribute to site EHS initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Significant experience in environmental compliance within a manufacturing setting
- Working knowledge of environmental permitting and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in chemical or process manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
- Effective communicator able to work across functions and levels
