Traveling Super - Class A Office (Nationwide)
This is an exciting opportunity for a Nationwide Travel role within the Class A Office Interiors space with a top ranked commercial GC that spans across the US. The position requires an experienced professional to oversee projects across from $5M - $30M with high end clientele, creative buildouts, in prominent high rises across the US. Candidate MUST have experinece in this space.

The GC is a nationally ranked GC recognized for its expertise in Class A office construction. As a large scale organization, they are focused on delivering exceptional results and maintaining a strong presence in their field.
Description
- Oversee construction projects across multiple locations, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules to ensure alignment with goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors and clients.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress and performance.
- Identify and address any potential risks or issues during the construction process.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Profile
A successful Nationwide Travel Superintendent should have:
- The ability to travel across the US for 2-3 weeks at a time with trips home covered by the company.
- A strong understanding of construction processes and property industry practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for construction management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to address challenges efficiently.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 USD paid bi-weekly.
- 15 days of PTO + 9 paid company holidays
- $675 monthly vehicle allowance
- Competitive per diem for housing and $80 daily for food.
