Description

• Lead the development and implementation of preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Oversee reliability engineering initiatives to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Manage and optimize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and schedule maintenance activities.
• Direct and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives and compliance requirements.
• Analyze data and generate reports to monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all maintenance operations.
• Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance maintenance processes.

Profile

A successful Director of Maintenance should have:
