Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation projects within the public sector, including K-12 and other institutional work. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage the full project life cycle, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Description
- Lead and manage all phases of public construction projects from preconstruction to closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and governing agencies on compliance and project requirements
- Provide day-to-day leadership for field staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with public-sector projects (K-12, municipal, or institutional preferred)
- Strong knowledge of NJ public bidding/procurement processes and compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaborative working relationships
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) a plus
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
