Construction Superintendent - local Columbus, OH
This Construction Superintendent role leads ground‑up commercial projects delivered on compressed schedules. You will run multiple trades concurrently, coordinating self‑performed crews and subcontractors from start to finish.

Description
* Lead ground‑up commercial projects through close‑out
* Manage self‑performed site, concrete, and carpentry crews
* Coordinate multiple trades in parallel schedules
* Maintain site safety, quality, and daily progress reporting
* Solve field issues quickly in compressed timelines
Profile
* Proven ground‑up commercial superintendent experience
* Strong understanding of site work and utilities
* Experience managing self‑performed labour crews
* Comfortable with fast‑paced, 90‑day project cycles
* Stable employment history; not a former business owner
Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from $90,000-$145,000 based on experience
* Per diem of $50-$75/day plus hotel, vehicle, and gas covered
