HVAC Sales Manager - Omaha
The Omaha Sales Manager - HVAC will lead sales efforts within the HVAC sector, focusing on achieving revenue goals and building strong client relationships. This role requires expertise in sales strategies and market analysis to drive growth in the HVAC industry.

Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth. New business development is always a focus, and they are looking for a self starter!
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients during the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Profile
A successful HVAC Sales Manager should have:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC space - Required
- Experience leading a team or management experience - Required
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to drive in the territory - Required
- This is a regional role but candidates must have ability to leave country - Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Job Offer
- Competitive compensation ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 USD. - First year-18 months is guaranteed base + bonus
