The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Description

The Project Manager - Self Perform (Drywall):

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges proactively.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Self Perform (Drywall) should have:

• Proven experience in project management within the construction sector.
• Experience within drywall highly preferred but self-perform required (carpentry, concrete, etc)
