Field Engineer responsible for supporting large ground-up retail construction projects in Florida, with a focus on administrative and technology-driven tasks. The role provides growth opportunities toward either office-based APM or field-based Assistant Superintendent positions.

• Support large ground-up retail construction projects with a strong focus on administrative tasks.
• Manage and organize project documentation, schedules, and workflows using software tools such as Wrike.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress, budgets, and timelines through data-driven reporting.
• Assist in coordinating subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout the construction process.
• Prepare for career growth toward either office-based Assistant Project Manager or field-based Assistant Superintendent roles.

Profile

The ideal candidate has a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, is highly tech-savvy, and thrives in data-intensive environments using project management software. They show ambition to grow into leadership roles in either the office or the field.
