Production Engineer | Chemicals
The Production Engineer III is responsible for leading process improvements, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and optimizing production efficiency and quality. The Production Engineer III will collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, quality, maintenance, and design teams to implement changes, validate new processes/equipment, and ensure safe, cost‑effective output.

Description
- Create and manage plant layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Participate in capital project planning from design through commissioning
- Propose and scope new process improvements and lead implementation efforts
- Use root cause analysis and statistical methods to verify and control process stability
- Conduct equipment inspections and troubleshoot production or maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with EH&S standards during project installations and employee training
- Support and maintain quality systems including ISO 9001 and FDA compliance processes
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Preferred: 5+ years in manufacturing, with emphasis on automation and systems
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Software proficiencies: MS Office Suite and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Job Offer
- Base salary ranging from $105,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
- Eligible for 10% bonus target
- 3 weeks PTO and paid company holidays
