Project Manager - Commercial Construction
This Project Manager role leads high‑impact construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout. You will partner closely with field teams and clients while helping drive continued regional growth.

Description
- Manage projects from estimating and buyout through closeout
- Develop and control budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
- Lead subcontractor bidding, negotiations, and contract execution
- Partner with field supervision to ensure safety, quality, and delivery
- Present clearly to owners and support pursuit of new work
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 9+ years experience in construction project management
- Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare, industrial, K‑12, or higher education projects
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Detail‑oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
Job Offer
- Annual salary ranging from USD 100.000 to 120.000 base + 10% bonus
- 3-4 weeks PTO, strong medical benefits, student loan assistance
