Estimator - Commercial TI
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join a leading team in the Property industry, focusing on Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) projects. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in preparing accurate cost estimates and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects in San Francisco, California.

Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Commercial TI projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze project requirements, blueprints, and specifications to determine project costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary project information.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and propose value-engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the estimating process.

Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- Strong experience in estimating for Commercial TI projects within the Property industry.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
