The Project Engineer will support a Project Manager with tasks such as; RFI's, Submittal's and Change Order's

Description

• Assist in planning and managing all phases of commercial construction projects, from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Identify and resolve project-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction projects.

Profile

A successful Project Engineer - Commercial Construction should have:

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in managing commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A solid understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Procore software experience
