Description
As an MEP Estimator, you'll play a critical role in the preconstruction process, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for complex, community-focused projects.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare bid packages
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

Profile
You're a detail-oriented estimator with a passion for MEP systems and a desire to contribute to projects that make a difference.
You bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in MEP estimating for commercial or institutional construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
