Description
Key Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - Ground up School in Los Angeles
- Supervise and manage the entire construction process for ground-up school projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
