Superintendent - Healthcare, Lab and Academic Construction

The Superintendent will oversee and manage complex healthcare, life science and higher education construction projects in the Greater Boston area, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires expertise in property construction, strong leadership, and a detail-oriented approach to project management.

Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare, Life Science and Academic Construction:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols on the job site.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed to specifications.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to maintain project timelines and goals.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Healthcare, Life Science and Academic should have should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• MA-CSL.
