Superintendent - Denver / Mountains

Description

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all construction sites.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment on the job site.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 2+ years of experience in Superintendent role with General Contractor
• Ability to travel for months at a time (Vail, Aspen, Snowmass, etc.). Per diem provided
• Proven leadership skills to manage construction teams and ensure project success.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Hands-on experience in property and construction project management.
• The ability to adapt to challenges and find practical solutions on-site.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary range: $91,000-122,000 annually, based on experience.
