Superintendent - Denver / Mountains
The Superintendent will oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong background in construction and property management.

Description
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all construction sites.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment on the job site.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 2+ years of experience in Superintendent role with General Contractor
- Ability to travel for months at a time (Vail, Aspen, Snowmass, etc.). Per diem provided
- Proven leadership skills to manage construction teams and ensure project success.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Hands-on experience in property and construction project management.
- The ability to adapt to challenges and find practical solutions on-site.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range: $91,000-122,000 annually, based on experience.
