CMaR Superintendent - Raleigh

Privately held general contractor with a strong reputation across Eastern North Carolina is looking for a Superintendent. This Superintendent opportunity offers an initial travel assignment followed by a long-term, stable role based in Raleigh.

Description

• Lead on-site construction for large-scale commercial projects
• Initial assignment: 10-16 month project in Charlotte
• Transition to permanent Raleigh-based projects upon completion
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and field execution
• Ensure safety, quality, and project milestones are met
• Experience in CMAR, Design-Build, and hard bid projects preferred

Profile

A successful CMaR Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in managing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Offer

Up to $120,000 base salary + benefits

• $2,175/month per diem during travel assignment
• $800-$1,000/month vehicle allowance
• Long-term stability with a reputable NC contractor
