Contract Manager
The Contract Manager will oversee the full contract lifecycle for building projects - from drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with clients, contractors, and suppliers to bonding.

Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
- Ensure contractual compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in organized systems.
- Provide guidance to project managers, procurement teams, and field staff on contract issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations and performance.
- Communicate status, obligations, and potential issues to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support dispute resolution and coordinate with legal counsel when necessary

Profile
A successful Contract Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of contract law and construction regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for contract management.
Job Offer
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management or construction contract administration.
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and construction industry standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
