Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the business services industry, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role is based in Raleigh and requires excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.

Description
- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve desired outcomes and maintain high performance.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects within the construction department of the business services industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
