Description

• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve desired outcomes and maintain high performance.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects within the construction department of the business services industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
