Description

• Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple project locations
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain daily reports and communicate progress to project managers
• Resolve site issues and ensure quality standards are upheld

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for project assignments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
• Solid understanding of construction methods and safety standards
