Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.

• Coordinate and oversee contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Strong understanding of construction project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges during the project lifecycle.
