Description

The Data Center Superintendent will be responsible for:

    • Oversee daily site operations to ensure productivity, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
    • Review and validate construction drawings, change orders, and technical documentation.
    • Coordinate inspections with local authorities, third‑party auditors, and internal quality teams.
    • Track material deliveries and inventory to prevent shortages or project interruptions.
    • Support commissioning activities, ensuring systems are tested, documented, and ready for turnover.
    • Facilitate regular site meetings to align subcontractors and stakeholders on priorities and expectations.
    • Assist in forecasting manpower, equipment needs, and resource allocation.
    • Implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential construction challenges before they escalate.
    • Verify that subcontractor work meets contractual obligations and performance standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of site activities, safety incidents, and project milestones.
    • Collaborate with design teams to resolve constructability issues quickly and effectively.
    • Monitor the installation of critical infrastructure such as electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
    • Ensure environmental compliance and promote sustainable construction practices where applicable.

Profile

A successful Data Center - Superintendent should have:
