Legal Recruiting Specialist - Business Services
The full cycle recruiting specialist, will have strong sourcing acumen to attract top talent to the firm. The role requires end to end recruitment experience for internal corporate positions.

Description
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for legal and business services roles, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Source for all corporate positions, from HR, Accounting & Finance, IT, ops and administration.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support during recruitment events, such as career fairs and networking sessions.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics for the HR department.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Profile
- Experience in recruitment, preferably within the professional services or legal industry.
- Strong sourcing ability and provide examples of sourcing strategy for corporate positions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to clearly explain sourcing strategies, when going to market for corporate positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of legal and business services recruitment is a plus.
