Demand Planning Manager

Description
- Own and maintain SKU-level forecast models across a 24-month horizon
- Lead the S&OP process to align demand planning across marketing, finance, and supply chain
- Analyze data to improve forecast accuracy and challenge assumptions
- Translate volume forecasts into revenue forecasts, factoring in pricing and promotions
- Develop and track KPIs to measure forecast accuracy and supply service levels
- Communicate forecast changes and their impact to supply planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to reconcile variances and refine forecasting methods
- Provide input on inventory strategies for new launches and product transitions
Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, ideally in a high-SKU or multi-brand environment
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V/X lookups, formulas)
- ERP experience (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams
- Highly analytical mindset with a bias for action
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- Experience maintaining planning tools and driving process improvements
- BA/BS required; MBA or APICS certification preferred
