Special Projects - Project Manager

We're seeking a Special Projects Project Manager to oversee commercial renovations, tenant improvements, and small‑to‑mid‑scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Description

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple special projects

• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and field coordination to ensure seamless execution

• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages

• Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and trade partners

• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality standards are met

• Drive project turnover and ensure a smooth, professional client experience

Profile

• 3-7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally in special projects or interiors

• Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, occupied‑space logistics, and fast‑track schedules

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and client satisfaction

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)

• Comfortable working in environments where adaptability and responsiveness are key
