Multifamily Project Manager (Ground-up)

This role leads large, ground‑up multifamily projects from preconstruction through close‑out. You'll own budget, schedule, and subcontractor performance on wood‑frame developments.

This contractor focuses solely on large‑scale residential construction and has established a strong presence in the Florida market. Their work is repeatable, well‑funded, and supported by experienced field teams.

Description

* Manage full project lifecycle and delivery

* Control budgets, schedules, and change management

* Lead subcontractor buyout and coordination

* Partner closely with Superintendents on execution

* Report progress and risks to senior leadership

Profile

* 7-10 years' ground‑up multifamily experience

* Delivered wood‑frame projects valued $20M+

* Strong cost control and scheduling capability

* Experience managing multiple stakeholders

* CM degree preferred or equivalent experience

Job Offer

Salary range: $115,000-$125,000
