Quality Engineer

The position is responsible for developing and maintaining quality control systems, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. It requires strong technical skills in CMM programming, GD&T, and quality assurance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, along with experience in ISO/AS standards and statistical analysis tools.

Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities and findings.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant advancements into processes.
  • Support the Engineering & Manufacturing department in achieving its strategic goals.
