Description

* Lead daily site operations on wood-frame multifamily builds

* Control schedule, safety, quality, and site logistics

* Direct subcontractors across all major trades

* Oversee assistants during framing and punchout phases

* Drive inspections, closeout, and turnover

Profile

* 5+ years as a multifamily Superintendent

* Experience on $20M+ garden-style projects

* Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills

* Comfortable leading assistant superintendents

* Steady, organised, field-first leadership style

Job Offer

Salary range: $90,000-$110,000 + 60-day guarantee
