Construction Project Manager - Healthcare
The Construction Project Manager - Healthcare will oversee and manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Description
- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
