Maintenance & Reliability Manager - Food Manufacturing
The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will oversee maintenance operations and reliability programs within a food manufacturing environment, focusing on optimizing equipment performance and ensuring smooth production processes. This role requires expertise in maintenance management, reliability engineering, and a strong understanding of cooking and batching processes.

Description
- Lead and manage maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and optimal production performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs using TPM and CMMS systems.
- Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee equipment installation and ensure proper functionality for cooking and batching processes.
- Plan and execute capital expenditure (CapEx) projects within budget and timeline constraints.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor maintenance team members to enhance skills and knowledge.

Profile
A successful Maintenance & Reliability Manager should have:
- Proficiency in maintenance management and reliability engineering practices.
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, including cooking and batching.
- Experience with TPM, CMMS, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to manage CapEx projects and vendor relationships effectively.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 based on experience.
