Project Manager - Luxury Custom Homes
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end, custom residential projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex builds while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Client Details
Our client is a reputable General Contractor with over 30 years of expertise in Luxury Custom Home Projects in Broward and Palm Beach County. We will consider a strong APM or PM.
Description
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for luxury custom home builds.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Coordination: Manage architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and timely completion of milestones.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold strict quality standards and ensure all work meets design specifications and luxury finishes.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenses, approve invoices, and maintain financial accountability to keep projects within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential issues early and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Profile
