Packaging Sales Manager- Southeast
The Southeast Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.

Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Southeast region which includes Georgia, North and South Carolina.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at Packaging trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Profile
A successful Southeast Sales Manager should have:
- A strong background in sales within the Packaging industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
