Description
- Oversee all phases of $20M+ healthcare construction projects (FSEDs) from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery.
- Leverage Procore and construction technology to streamline project workflows and reporting.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to maintain alignment and resolve issues proactively.
- Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Report directly to the Regional Manager and contribute to CPPI's strategic growth in the Tampa market.
Profile
- 5+ years as a Healthcare Project Manager with ground-up/ACHA experience.
- Proven success on large-scale ($20M+) healthcare projects.
- Strong tenure: 2-5+ years at previous companies - no job hoppers.
- Procore proficiency and a tech-forward mindset.
- College degree is a plus, but real-world results matter more.
- Passionate about mentorship, team development, and long-term growth.
