FP&A Analyst
We are seeking a US-based FP&A Analyst to provide financial planning and analysis support for 11 schools across the US. This is an analyst-level role ideal for a technically strong finance professional who enjoys reviewing data, identifying trends, and partnering with business leaders to drive performance.

Description
Financial Planning & Analysis: Review KPIs, budgets, and monthly/quarterly financial results.
Business Partnering: Support school finance teams (Finance Managers and Directors) in interpreting results, asking the right questions, and identifying opportunities or risks.
Insight & Reporting: Prepare analysis and summaries for leadership, highlighting key trends, anomalies, and actionable recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with each school's finance team to guide planning discussions, support operational decisions, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
Background in FP&A
Strong analytical and technical skills with a focus on KPIs, variance analysis, and trend identification.
Comfortable operating as a business partner and communicating insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Experience supporting multiple business units or sites is highly desirable.
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
