Description
This role will lead three major law firm build-outs while overseeing additional corporate interiors and smaller legal projects.
- Oversee full lifecycle project management from precon to closeout
- Act as primary client representative and trusted advisor
- Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants
- Lead project meetings and reporting for stakeholders
- Identify risks and proactively drive solutions
- Support business growth and client relationship development
Profile
A client-facing leader with strong interiors experience, ideally in law firms or corporate build-outs, who thrives in a fast-paced, advisory environment.
- 10+ years of construction/project management experience
- Strong background in interiors (law firms, corporate, tenant fit-outs)
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Experience leading high-profile, client-facing engagements
- Strong financial oversight and cost management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to mentor junior team members and drive team success
