Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Residential
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the planning and execution of high-end residential construction projects. This role offers hands-on experience across all phases of project delivery and the opportunity to grow within a premier luxury home building company.

Description
Assist the Project Manager throughout the entire project lifecycle-from preconstruction through final closeout.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and timely deliverables.
Support schedule management by tracking task completion and identifying potential delays.
Help manage budgets, prepare project documentation, and ensure accuracy in change orders and progress reports.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and project alignment with design intent.
Facilitate communication with clients and design professionals to ensure expectations are met.
Address project-related issues and escalate them appropriately to keep work moving forward.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and local permitting processes.
Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction/project management tools.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
