Commercial Project Manager
In this role, you'll own everything on the front end of the project and handing off to the Superintendent, working in tandem. This person will start on a local car wash project downtown, and move on to larger commercial projects, owning the front end.

My client is the leading Design/Build, General Contractor in Indianapolis. They successfully complete multiple commercial projects each year, along with assisted living, religious facilities, and automotive projects. Description
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
- Lead projects through the beginning phases, from preconstruction planning through construction, while working in tandem with the project Superintendent.
- Manage large-scale commercial projects valued at over $5 million, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilize Procore construction management software for project documentation, communication, and coordination.
- Handle estimating and conceptual bids.
Profile
- 5-10 years of commercial construction experience with a design/build firm or a general contractor.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology.
- Familiarity with design/build work
- Strong client communication experience.
- Ability to assist in estimating and bid work.
- Proficient in Procore.
Job Offer
- Base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year
