Commercial Project Manager

In this role, you'll own everything on the front end of the project and handing off to the Superintendent, working in tandem. This person will start on a local car wash project downtown, and move on to larger commercial projects, owning the front end.

They successfully complete multiple commercial projects each year, along with assisted living, religious facilities, and automotive projects. Description

• Develop and maintain the master project schedule, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
• Lead projects through the beginning phases, from preconstruction planning through construction, while working in tandem with the project Superintendent.
• Manage large-scale commercial projects valued at over $5 million, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Utilize Procore construction management software for project documentation, communication, and coordination.
• Handle estimating and conceptual bids.

Profile

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience with a design/build firm or a general contractor.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology.
• Familiarity with design/build work
• Strong client communication experience.
• Ability to assist in estimating and bid work.
• Proficient in Procore.

Job Offer

• Base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year
