Client Details

This opportunity is with a family-owned Developer/ General Contractor specializing in multifamily construction. The organization focuses on delivering high-quality construction projects that impact lower-income communities while maintaining a professional and efficient approach to meet client needs.

Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects within the property industry.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
  • Oversee and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements in construction activities.
  • Monitor progress and conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A background in construction or a related field within the property industry.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle project complexities.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
