Project Coordinator - Commercial Construction
- Our client is a Commercial GC that builds mostly Healthcare, Class A, Higher Ed projects.
- Day to day responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include: sending out subcontracts, purchase orders through procore, uploading drawings for the jobs (procore), permits, project documents that have to be organized and put online - getting new subcontractors set up (W9's COI), project closeouts.
