Sr. Quality Engineer
The Senior Quality Engineer will play a key role in maintaining and advancing the company's quality systems, ensuring compliance with AS-9100 standards, customer requirements, and internal processes. This position will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting audits, and working cross-functionally to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.

Description
Sr. Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in compliance with AS-9100 and customer requirements.
Create and manage quality documentation including control plans, FMEAs, and inspection/test instructions.
Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure product conformity and efficient processes.
Support customer audits, resolve quality issues, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
Profile
The Sucessful Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (BMSE preferred).
5+ years of related experience in quality engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of AS-9100 audits/certifications and Quality Management Systems.
Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support customer-facing quality initiatives.
