LIHTC Asset Manager
The LIHTC Asset Manager will oversee the asset management of affordable housing properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing portfolio performance. This role requires strong knowledge of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs and a detail-oriented approach to property management.

Description
- Manage a portfolio of LIHTC properties, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.

 - Collaborate with property management teams to optimize operations and tenant satisfaction.
 - Prepare and review detailed asset management reports for stakeholders.
 - Monitor property budgets and oversee expense control measures.
 - Ensure timely submission of required compliance documentation and reporting.
 - Develop strategies to maximize property value and long-term sustainability.
 - Act as the primary point of contact for investors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
