Project Manager - Healthcare & Public Works
This Project Manager role leads diverse commercial builds across central Ohio, balancing office and on‑site delivery. It suits a client‑facing construction professional who values stability, culture, and long‑term growth.

Our client is a well‑established general contractor and self‑perform group with over 200 employees and strong annual revenues. They deliver public and private sector projects across healthcare, education, municipal, and commercial markets, and are known for a family‑oriented culture, local project focus, and promoting careers rather than hiring for single projects.
Description
- Lead ground‑up and renovation projects from pre‑construction through close‑out
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Spend approximately 50% of time on site and 50% in the office
- Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and senior leadership
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all phases
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
- Stable work history with 2-3+ year tenures and clear career moves
- Experience in healthcare, education, municipal, or commercial projects
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with construction management software
- Professional and a great communicator with strong leadership presence
Job Offer
