Description

• Manage structural steel projects from award through completion
• Coordinate with engineering, detailing, fabrication, and erection teams
• Review drawings, schedules, and project documentation to ensure accuracy
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Experience managing structural or miscellaneous steel projects
• Proven background in commercial, industrial, or institutional steel work
• Strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite
