Description
The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Charleston will be responsible for:
Review project plans, specifications, and client requirements to ensure alignment and resolve discrepancies through RFIs.
Manage submittals, RFIs, procurement, and related project documentation.
Analyze design and shop drawings for schedule and cost impacts.
Prepare subcontractor scopes, initiate change orders, and solicit bids.
Develop estimates and cost breakdowns for client presentation.
Assist with scheduling and track daily production progress
Profile
The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Charleston should have:
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
Proven track record managing commercial projects ranging from $1M to $20M+
Proficient in relevant construction management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Offer
The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Charleston will receive:
Competitive base salary, estimated between $100,000-$140,000, based on experience
