Data Center - Project Manager

• Oversee data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Coordinate teams, budgets, and schedules to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery

Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute data center projects including MEP, electrical, and cooling systems

• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision

• Collaborate with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client requirements

• Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track and within scope

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in mission-critical or data center environments

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, and cooling technologies

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive management style

• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred
