Description
- Lead all on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers as the primary site supervisor.
- Develop and maintain the overall project plan, tracking weekly progress and key milestones.
- Oversee and coordinate all job site operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage labor and subcontractors to guarantee quality workmanship and timely service delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and Project Managers.
- Liaise with local inspectors and utility representatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Enforce strict adherence to the Safety Program and oversee the Quality Control Program.
- Create and maintain detailed short-term schedules to keep the project on track.
- Oversee invoice processing and manage project financials accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily field issues efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive daily reports documenting manpower and key activities.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience working in construction as a superintendent, preferably in data center or mission-critical facilities
- Proven track record managing fast-paced, complex projects with multiple subcontractors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Construction Management or related field, preferred
- Experience enforcing strict safety and quality control standards on-site
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules and manage project budgets
- Skilled at resolving field issues quickly to keep projects on track
- Comfortable working with local inspectors, utility companies, and regulatory agencies
Job Offer
- Base Salary $130,000 - $165,000 + Industry Leading Benefits
